REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - COMPANION ANIMAL

We are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to plan, organise and control the sales activities of one of our Companion Animal sales teams.

The role:  Through the effective management of the allocated sales team, including KAM, achieve the Company's sales results for the region. Regularly monitor KPI's and set monthly objectives. Motivate, coach and mentor the team within the framework of the Company's sales management processes and programmes.

The person:  We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a proven track record of success. It is essential you have had previous experience of managing a team. You will need to be commercially aware of financial targets in terms of costs, profits, market and added values. You will be results focused and have excellent communication skills. Your values and high standards of performance should match our own.

STOCK CONTROLLER

We are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to work in our warehouse at our Head Office in Buckingham.

The role:  You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and stock management for Vétoquinol UK and Ireland. Duties will include daily order picking, packing and despatch of goods, on-going stock management and re-orders, supply chain support and tracking and measurement of stock flow.

The person:  You will have good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. You will also have to learn in-house systems including CRM. Previous experience of a warehouse or distribution environment is essential, as is an understanding of stock control systems. You should be numerate, practical and have a strong customer focus. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail; a team player with excellent communication skills.

The warehouse is open during normal office hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with extremely limited opportunity for overtime. You will receive a basic salary and performance based bonus plus private healthcare, pension and 25 days annual holiday (plus public holidays).

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and implement a sales, marketing and communication strategy to grow the retail sales channel supporting Vétoquinol’s overall business strategy.

The role:  You will be responsible for developing the sales and marketing plans of our Companion Animal range of products within the internet, pharmacies and retail channels. You will contribute to the Company's annual budget process by defining the sales budget and commercial policy for this non-veterinary channel. You will provide training and marketing and technical support on the product range corresponding with the needs of our customers and staff.

The person:  You should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. It is essential that you have previous knowledge of the online/ retail industry within animal health. It would be advantageous if you have an established network structure and previous key account management experience. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator, both verbally, written and presenting. Your values and high standards should reflect our own.
