CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES
Adhesive transparent sterile film for protection of the surgical field.

OPRAFLEX incision films are thin and transparent, their great elasticity
and their extreme resistance to tearing enables them to take the exact shape
of every part of the body.

Good grip on the skin, even with maximum stretch near the incision and during lengthy surgery.

Thickness: 0.06 0.01mm.
Mass per m2: 63.5 9.5g/m2.
Permeability to water vapour: 650g/m2/24h.
Permeability to air:15l/m2/24h.

Hypoallergenic / Primary irritation index:
0.5 (OECD guideline 404 modified by
Draize, classified by Jacobi and Ortmann).

Antistatic and non blinding.

Impervious to bacteria but pervious to water vapour produced by the patient's skin, the surgical drape offers a reliable and effective protection for the operating field and prevents contamination of the incision by pathogens on the skin.

Sterilised by irradiation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Disinfect the operating field avoiding the use of detergent liquids.

Unfold OPRAFLEX and remove the protector, parallel to the borders.

Apply the film onto the dried skin, while stretching it a little.

Smooth the surgical drape using a sterilised compress, beginning in the centre to prevent air bubbles from forming.
